Match the Width Code to one of the options on this page: 51, 53, or 55. Then choose a Length Letter that is closest. The condom length should be slightly longer than penis length to ensure you get full coverage.
  • Option 2: You’ll need a strip of paper and a ruler. Wrap the strip of paper around the widest part of your erection, and mark where it overlaps. Measure that length on the paper with a regular ruler to get your girth measurement (millimeters), and match that up to one of the Width Code on this page; see measurements below for Width Code 51, 53, or 55.
