'Unlimited ON' has a full stainless steel insert in the handle and 'Unlimited' has a small insert at the top of the handle. 'Unlimited ON' also has new Eco Friendly packaging. The 28cm pan is 130mm deep.

    répondre: Definitely not. The Unlimited range are ok for non stick but not high heat. Also the handle is mainly plastic. For high temperatures consider stainless steel, cast iron or at least a pan with an all metal handle. Most pan manufacturers state the maximum oven temperature that can be used and higher figures are normally a good indication of whether high heats can be used on the hob.
