CreativeGrids Rulers & Ruler Racks Editorial Review
**** The "Sid" Creative Grids Machine Quilting Tool seems to be a versatile ruler that can work on most domestic sewing machines as long as you can quilt in a free motion technique. It is recommended to use a ruler foot compatible with your machine for optimal results. The ruler is designed by Angela Walters and is praised for its efficacy in creating straight lines and a bracket design. However, there are some concerns about using this ruler on high shank machines, as it may not sit flush with the ruler foot, making it challenging to achieve perfectly straight seams. Some users find it difficult to hold the ruler steady while quilting, especially on larger projects. Despite these challenges, many users appreciate the ruler for stitch in the ditch, connect the dots, and echo lines, particularly on smaller projects. It is also recommended for beginners to free motion quilting, as it provides assistance in creating different designs. Overall, the "Sid" Creative Grids Machine Quilting Tool seems to have mixed reviews, with some users loving its versatility and design, while others struggle with using it effectively, especially on high shank machines. **
