  • INSTANT HOT WATER: The Watts Hot Water Recirculation System utilizes thermal bypass technology to instantly supply hot water in seconds at every faucet or shower when needed. The sensor valve opens when the water on the hot water side cools, pushes the cool water back to the water heater, and closes when hot water line hits 98°F. Not designed for tankless water heaters.
  • REPLACEMENT SENSOR VALVE KIT: Designed for use on branched hot water lines coming from the water heater or at the furthest point in the home, the Watts Premier Replacement Sensor Valve Kit ensures that hot water gets to all areas of the home. It is exclusively compatible with Watts Hot Water Recirculation Systems, models 500800, 500805 and HWRS-WH. It is not designed to be used with a dedicated return line to the water heater.
  • EASY DIY INSTALLATION: Operating on 120V, this quiet, efficient system easily installs into existing plumbing without the need for a return line or additional electricity under the sink, and once installed requires no maintenance. Includes everything you need for installation: heavy-duty stainless steel pump head in aluminum housing, 10 ft cord, 2 adapters with rubber washers, valve mounting screws, and two 12-inch supply lines.
  • INTEGRAL COMPONENT: The sensor valve is an integral part of the hot water recirculating system; it opens when the water on the hot water side cools, pushes the cool water back to the water heater, and closes when the hot water line hits 98º F, reducing wait time for hot water.
  • WATER CONSERVATION: Your days of wasting time and water are over. With hot water available in 15 seconds, this convenient system can lead to significant water bill savings: up to 15,000 gallons per year.
  • SIMPLE DESIGN: Equipped with two 12" supply lines, two reducing fittings from 1/2" FTP to 3/8" MPT, and two mounting screws, this Sensor Valve Kit has a simple design that makes it easy to install and replace, requiring no additional components.   • CUSTOMIZABLE OPERATION: This pump includes a convenient built-in programmable timer that can be set to run for 24 hours a day or to activate only during peak use times. Its 24-hour dial features quarter-hour division tabs and AM/PM indications so you can easily set operation of the circulator according to your household's water usage patterns.
  • INDOOR ONLY: Suitable for use with all types of pipes, this sensor valve is meant only for indoor use on standard tank water heaters in residential buildings; it is not compatible with tankless water haters or for outdoor applications.
