Mountainsmith Backpacks 19-80035-02 Editorial Review
The Mountainsmith K9 Dog Pack is a versatile backpack for dogs that enables them to carry their supplies during outdoor activities. Customers had several questions, such as sizing, bouncing, and cleaning. The manufacturer's website was suggested as the best place to find sizing, and it recommended sizing down if a dog is in between sizes. Bouncing depends on how tightly the pack is strapped and how heavy the load is. Although the contents in the pockets will bounce, not necessarily the actual pack. The cargo volume varies, depending on the size of the dog and how used they are to carry stuff. It is suggested to hand wash the pack, although some machines could delicate wash the pack. The panniers are not removable, but the harness is adjustable. Overall, customers rave over this pack, grading it with 4.6 out of 5 stars, as it helps their dogs to carry water bottles, snacks, and cleanup bags during extended hikes in the woods. They also mentioned how durable the bag is despite the rough terrain and branches they have encountered. The product has a comfortable fit and evenly distributes the load, making it seem like their dog is not wearing a pack at all. Plus, the low profile design allows unrestricted movement while playing, running, or swimming.
