Waxing the model is not required, but it can enhance its appearance, and Marcus Bree, the creator of Little Building Co models, discusses his technique for waxing the model in a video. Some parts use the "peel the back" method, while other parts require glue, such as standard white or wood glue. The model's scale is 1:100, and the finished product measures 10" x 10" x 3", making it a perfect addition to any architecture enthusiast's bookshelf.
