However, be very careful not to over torque the threads while tightening the fittings. The only Cons of the product are that it is a bit expensive and only works with valves that have threaded connections. It is also important to note that inexperienced DIYers may encounter problems with this kit if they do not know what they are doing. Overall, the SharkBite Shower and Tub Connection Kit is an excellent investment for those who have experience with plumbing and want to avoid the hassle of traditional soldering.
