The pot can also be used in conventional electric ovens. This versatile pot can easily resist the temperatures of any cooking application. While extreme temperature shocks such as placing the pot on a cold stone surface or on an electric stove top on high while cold can affect the pot's life span, some care will ensure that the pot lasts a lifetime.
