The harness does the job for pulling weighted sleds with the weight felt around the hips. Although, one customer felt that it would have been better with a chest strap to keep the shoulder straps up. The strap being non-adjustable was an issue with one customer. Another pointed out that the harness itself seemed unnecessary, and only something to wrap around the waist was needed.
