    répondre: Tonnes!!
  • question: Do you use hot water to brew this and leave it to cool, or do you brew it in cold water?

    répondre: Hot, but not too hot or you'll burn the tea. It should NOT be boiling. Just a slight bubbling. The best test for it being the right temp is if you can put your finger in the water for a few seconds without it hurting. It should be hot, but not burn your finger & leave a blister hot. Then just put your bag in and let it steep with the heat OFF for 5 mins. Then let it cool completely before putting it in the fridge (if you want to serve it cold) or it will turn bitter.
  • question: Is there a peach flavour one?

    répondre: Yes, I've made it hot but it tastes better chilled.

    répondre: In principle, this should not be an issue. In practice, the powder is crystalline so needs to be shaken, or stirred, to dissolve it. This shaking/stirring will likely decarbonise sparkling water. Though you might try dissolving it into a smaller quantity of still water (to make an activated paste), then dilute the paste with chilled sparkling water when the time comes.

    répondre: I think I use to get about 20 liters, but you can make the drink as strong or as weak as you like. 20 quarts = 40 pints. This is a deliceous summer drink.

    répondre: As long as it's stored in a dry place, it will last.
