It does not push a lot of air, so slowing it down may not be necessary. There is no inside grill cover included. It can be used to vent an RV shower. Please note that while this model is a 12V DC fan, there are also 110V AC models available. It does not take batteries and requires a 12V power source. The two-way feature consists of a silent inlet fan and a strong exhaust fan, but there is no switch and they can be connected separately.
