The Ballistic Tough Jacket Case for Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s is a two-piece design with a grippy rubber casing that encases the entire phone and a hard plastic overlay. The grippy rubber offers ample friction for a secure grip. The hard plastic overlay holds everything tightly in place, offering excellent protection against scratches and drops. The case does not come with a screen protector, although Ballistic offers a MAXX series with a screen protector and belt clip. The case does not interfere with the flash or the phone's functionality. Customers recommend pairing the case with a tempered glass screen protector for optimum protection. They also suggest removing it when using a docking station/alarm clock charger. Although the rubber component may degrade after a few years, it still offers great protection. The only downside is that it makes the phone thicker and slightly bulkier for pocket storage.
