The diameter of the beanbag is 7.25" and the diameter of the mousepad is 8.25". It is made in China and there is no option to add or remove the beans. There are mixed reviews for this product with some customers finding it helpful while others experienced issues with the beanbag tearing away from the pad or the mouse not tracking well. Some customers found the bag sliding out of position which made it difficult to use, while others found it helpful for use on surfaces that aren't flat like tables.
