SunSun Filter Accessories JP-022F Editorial Review
The SunSun JP-022F Aquarium Powerhead Water Pump with Internal Filter is a mixed bag product, catering to different aquarium sizes and providing varied experiences in terms of its filtration and water movement capabilities. The product is very powerful and can create a strong current in tanks larger than 100 gallons, making it unsuitable for smaller aquariums. The internal filter, while cheap and functional, has been reported to generate micro bubbles in the tank, prompting users to opt for alternative filters. The pump's power has been praised for cleaning larger tanks like a 55-gallon water turtle aquarium and for the entertainment value it provides by changing the behavior of fish in the tank through the flow of water. On the flip side, some buyers have found it too powerful for their smaller tanks or prefer a submersible filter instead.
