The height of the can is 25 inches with the lid closed and 35.2 inches with the lid open. The lid angle is close to 80 degrees, and the lid does not rub against walls when open. The can comes with only one recycle bin and does not need to be recharged, as it can be plugged in or runs on batteries. In terms of customer experience, some customers had issues with the motion sensor and voice command, but others loved the convenience they provided. Some experienced problems with the Simple Human Service Desk, which resulted in lengthy exchanges. Many also had issues with the product stopping working after a few months and found the product to be expensive.
