Strathmore Sketchbooks & Notebooks Editorial Review

This is a high-quality mid-tone sketchbook that is suitable for quick sketches, urban sketching, graphite pencils or charcoal. The binding is spiral and lays flat, and the sturdiness of the paper means it can withstand a lot of reworking without losing its tooth texture. It is good quality art paper for grayscale portraits and also great for color pencils. However, it is not suitable for watercolor. There were complaints about the cardboard back being loose in the box and a few sheets short.
