The EMF levels are between 6-10 MG when sitting 6 to 8 inches from the heating panels, which is low for a far infrared sauna. It requires a 20 amp outlet and 20 amp breaker, 120v non GFCI. The glass door dimensions are 63.2"(H) x 27.1"(W) x 0.31"(Thickness). It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach into 100 degrees Fahrenheit/38 degrees Celsius and 45-60 minutes to reach up to approximately about 135 degrees Fahrenheit/57 degrees Celsius. The sauna is well-made and comes in three boxes, which are fairly large. Assembly is easy and can be operational in a couple hours. The sauna experience itself is great, very different from a steam sauna but equally, if not more, relaxing.
