Measuring 3.5 inches in swing over bed and 17 inches in distance between centers, this Sherline 3.5-Inch Lathe is perfect for a range of projects. The hole through the spindle is .405 inches, while the spindle nose thread is 3/4″-16 T.P.I.

The spindle nose taper is #1 Morse, while the tailstock spindle taper is #0 Morse. The Sherline CNC Lathe comes with a protractor that has graduations ranging from 0° to 45° by 5°, as well as a handwheel with graduations of .001″ (.01 mm). The length of the machine overall is 32.5 inches, while the width and height overall measure at 8.00 inches. This Sherline metal lathe comes with a 90-volt DC motor that has an electronic speed control which accepts any incoming current from 100VAC to 240 VAC, 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
