Answer: No, we have had no problems. -

Answer: This is a vintage style telephone that does not have an outlet for headphones. However, it looks and sounds great. -

Does it connect to a hub?
Answer: No, it just has a telephone plug on it, old style. It does not connect to a hub. -

This phone won't work. My landline is working, I've checked. Any advice please?
Answer: Please make sure that the connection lead is properly inserted into the telephone. You should hear a satisfying click. There are also volume and ringer controls on the underside of the telephone. -

How long is the cable? Can I take it to a different location in the room?
Answer: The cable is not very long, but it should be long enough to pick up at the side of a chair. -
Question:
Can this be used without electricity? I want just a normal house phone with no electricity since we're prone to power cuts.
Answer: It needs to be plugged into the BT socket, but not into an electric socket. -
Question:
It says to connect the phone to a 3 pin electrical outlet, but the phone is a sealed unit and therefore cannot be connected. Any ideas how to get power?
Answer: You should only need to plug your landline cable into the little cable socket on the bottom of the phone. It does not require a 3 pin electrical outlet. -

Has anyone had issues with this phone? I've seen some negative reviews on similar models. Should I purchase this one?
Answer: I bought it for £30 and later found it cheaper in another shop. People have reported issues with sound quality. It's a simple phone with basic features, so don't expect too much for the price. -

Will this phone work if we have a power cut?
Answer: Yes, it will work as it plugs into the phone socket. However, some users have reported faulty units where they can't hear the caller and vice versa. Customer service is non-existent, so I do not recommend this product.
