The Bluetooth Universal Remote Control Gamepad has received mixed reviews from customers. Some experienced problems with functionality, while others found it to be a useful and portable device. One customer mentioned that out of the 10 units they purchased, a third did not work correctly, and another third had issues with the back button being the home button. However, after a delay in delivery, they were able to successfully connect and operate the device, noting that it was compact and worked well for controlling their camera. Despite some initial difficulties, another customer found the product to be usable once connected, particularly for operating in their car. They mentioned that while it took some time to arrive, the pairing process was easy, and the instructions, although in English, were understandable. The remote control functioned similarly to a mouse, with dedicated buttons for adjusting volume and other functions. On the flip side, there were complaints about the product's usability, with one customer finding it challenging to use and ultimately deeming it unusable. They also expressed frustrations with both the product and the retailer, eventually resolving the issue through Amazon's guarantee instead. In summary, the Bluetooth Universal Remote Control Gamepad has its advantages in terms of portability and functionality, but there are concerns regarding its ease of use and reliability, as some customers faced difficulties with operation and experienced product malfunctions. **
