The PTZ controller is a good quality product with a screen for setting up shots. It is easy to use and program, although some users experienced difficulties setting it up. Tech support was responsive when they had firmware issues. One downside is that adjustments for Red & Blue have to be done on each camera. Some users would like a multi-view with spectroscope. One user experienced a sudden failure with no display, while another had trouble setting up the unit with their camera. It is possible to use a Fomako brand PTZ camera with this controller, and it can connect to the camera system with an ethernet cable. The controller has RS232 and RS422 ports, but there were comments suggesting that the functionality of these ports is limited.
