The Lumber Jack Grilling Pellets Oak Hickory Cherry OHC Blend has been a fan favourite for about a year now. Customers have praised it for the great flavour it adds when used in cooking ribs and chicken. The pellets work great and produce a nice smokey flavour. Customers have praised how well they work with their smoker, and they have become the go-to pellets for many. However, a few customers found that the pellets were not hot enough for cooking pizza in a wood fire pizza oven. There are mixed reviews on whether these pellets produce enough flavour and smoke taste to different meat products, with some disappointed customers going back to a single flavor pellet over the blend.
