    Answer: No, pistol and rifle bullet feeders are different from each other.
  • Question: Will this work with the 5.56 NATO round?

    Answer: No, this is only for pistol cals. You need the .223 version of the bullet feeder.
  • Question: Can you get a .223 conversion to use with the pistol feeder?

    Answer: No, you have to get the rifle bullet feeder. The larger caliber is easier to handle and you often need to guide the case into the set and crimp die, so it may not be worth the money.
  • Question: For separate seating and taper crimp setup, can the feeder die be at station 3 on the press?

    Answer: You would need the hornady seating die with the collet for the bullet size, sold separately, but the steel tube fits that die. It can be used with the Lee Load Master bullet feeder as well.

    Answer: This is the bullet feeder, not the case feeder. It comes with one plate and can be used with most, if not all, pistol caliber projectiles.
