SDS All Animation & Cartoons Editorial Review
The customer experience and reception of this product have been overwhelmingly negative. Several customers reported that the packaging was inadequate, with missing outer sleeves and no plastic wrap to protect the DVDs. One customer even received a product with the inside part that holds the DVDs completely out, resulting in two disks being scratched. Another customer ordered a second product to see if it was a shipping mishandling issue, but found that the seller simply does not care about packaging and shipped the item in a bag. Despite the offer of a refund, these customers expressed disappointment and frustration with the condition the product arrived in, especially since it was advertised as new. The broken back disc holder and severely scratched disks further added to their dissatisfaction. Overall, the customer complaints about the packaging and condition of the product indicate a lack of care from the seller, resulting in a poor customer experience.
